Module 1 - Fundamentals of Complexity
Process management is the attempt to reduce complexity in the company and make it manageable. The first module therefore deals with the basics of complexity and possible solutions.
Module 2 - Environment analysis and stakeholders
In order for processes to be effectively aligned, it must first be determined what the purpose of the company is. Approaches and procedures are described in the second module.
Module 3 - process description
Process map and processes must be described in such a way that process management by the managers is possible. Applicable documents must be referenced in such a way that employees can find and use them.
The third module describes how structured process documentation can be set up.
Module 4 - Process and Quality Management
As a quality management system, ISO 9001 specifies requirements for process management and provides important input for the description of the processes.
The fourth module shows how ISO 9001 can be used to make process management more effective and how process management can support the implementation of the requirements of ISO 9001.
